I'm Travis Dooley, an entrepreneur with a passion for creative storytelling and a deep love for the iconic US Military Humvee. While my business primarily involves renting these incredible machines to the film and creative industry, there's more to the story. Born in California but raised between Los Angeles and London, my upbringing was a blend of business acumen and a childhood spent daydreaming. As an only child, I often found myself living in and out of dreams, discovering that dreams are the seeds of reality. I carry this belief into my work.

I'm a risk-taker, a skilled negotiator, a people person, and a dedicated manager, all rolled into one. But above all, I'm a staunch supporter of the creative arts. My mission is simple: to empower every Australian filmmaker, photographer, and storyteller to craft their best narratives. I want to nurture their creative spirits and provide them with the canvas, or in this case, the Humvees, for their imaginative adventures.

Starting anew in life, a clean slate laid before me as my family and I bid farewell to our life in Los Angeles and embraced Brisbane. This fresh beginning demanded a business that resonated with my deepest desires and dreams, and, do I love a good story. Writing, creating, and dreaming - especially about the silver screen. That's when it hit me. Yank Tank was born.
